Technical Specs

The latest iteration of the Cup car boasts an awe-inspiring design, marking the debut of a racing version derived from the current 992 generation road car and serving as the inaugural one-make cup racer from the esteemed German sports car manufacturer to showcase a wide turbo-spec body. With an impressive power output of approximately 375 kW (510 hp), the new 911 GT3 Cup surpasses its predecessor by an additional 25 horsepower.

The enhanced performance of the 992 generation, compared to the Type 991 II generation, was vividly demonstrated during the 2021 Porsche Mobil1 Supercup rounds, where lap times were notably slashed by up to three seconds across various European circuits. This boost in performance owes not only to the power increase but also to heightened traction and downforce, resulting in extended component run times compared to the previous generation. These advancements translate to reduced running costs and heightened reliability across the board.
